The Integral Theory in Action Conference is being organized and hosted by the faculty of the Integral Studies Department of John F. Kennedy University in partnership with Integral Institute.

 
Conference Organizers and Founders


Sean Esbjörn-Hargens, Ph.D.
is an associate professor in the Integral Studies Department and Program Director of two Master of Arts degrees (Integral Psychology and Integral Theory) at
John F. Kennedy University. He is the founder and Executive Editor of The Journal of Integral Theory and Practice (JITP). He is currently the most published author applying the Integral model to a variety of topics and fields. Sean serves as an integral coach and consultant through his business Rhizome Designs (www.rhizomedesigns.org).



Mark Forman, Ph.D.
is an assistant professor in the Integral Studies Department at
John F. Kennedy University and adjunct faculty at The Institute of Transpersonal Psychology. Mark is a psychotherapist and has worked with a variety of clinical populations, most recently at San Jose St. University's Student Counseling Center. He has recently completed a text on Integral Psychotherapy entitled, A Guide to Integral Psychotherapy: Complexity, Integration, and Spirituality in Practice.  



Associate Conference Organizers


After five years of working with Integral Institute and Integral Life, Clint Fuhs currently serves as the Associate Managing Editor of Integrallife.com, lead trainer on Integral Theory, and President of the Board of Integral Institute. He is honored to be a senior student of Ken Wilber who currently conducts workshops nationally and offers individual coaching focusing on the written and verbal communication and comprehension of Integral theory. He is currently completing his Ph.D. in human and organizational development at Fielding Graduate Institute.    

 

            

Jordan Luftig, MA
is Adjunct Faculty and an administrative assistant in the Integral Studies Department at
John F. Kennedy University. His research study on the transformative power of play appears in the Journal of Integral Theory and PracticeJordan also serves as Managing Director of Bay Area Integral and offers personal coaching grounded in his training with Integral Coaching Canada   

                         


John Scheunhage
is the Program Coordinator for the John F. Kennedy University Integral Theory program.  John holds a professional certificate in the integrative somatic modality of Psycho-Physical Therapy, and is currently completing a Masters of Counseling Psychology with Somatics Specialization at JFK University. Prior to his time at JFK, John spent six-and-a-half years in corporate marketing, program management and business analysis for the global software company Business Objects. John is currently seeing private coaching clients. 




David Zeitler, MA
is an assistant professor in the Integral Studies Department at
John F. Kennedy University and Adjunct Faculty for Naropa University. David is currently completing a book on Integral Life Practice for Psychotherapists, and is junior author for the official handbook on Integral Psychotherapy with Elliott Ingersoll, PhD. David’s clinical experience comes from a two year stint as a psychotherapist in two 24-bed, locked psychiatric wards. David is an associate editor of the Journal of Integral Theory and Practice (JITP).


Graphic Designer


Moses Silbiger, MA
 has contributed multiple graphic elements to the conference, including designing the website header, conference logo, ads for What Is Enlightenment magazine, and adjusting the website template. He has a Masters in Integral Psychology at John F. Kennedy University, with a Certification in Life Coaching. Moses is also an architect and has been a graphic designer (web, print, 3D) for more than 17 years. He is currently providing graphic design services (
www.integrallook.com) and integral life coaching 
(www.integraleye.com), besides doing an integral research (IMP) on how to design video games to catalyze human development.


Volunteer Coordinator


Ca
rissa Wieler is in the process of completing a Masters in Integral Psychology at JFK University. Her current emphasis is the Planetary Action track and she plans to incorporate the Integral Theory Certificate as part of her degree program. Prior arriving at JFK University, Carissa worked for two sustainability think tanks and obtained a Masters of Natural Resource Management. Her work included managing a national professional community of practice. Carissa is co-founder of the Integral Discussion Group at JFK University and participates in gatherings of the Integral International Development Center.


Assistant Volunteer Coordinator



Rachel Cullar is a Masters candidate at JFK University studying Integral Psychology. Her focus is in bringing the Integral Model to the area of health and wellness with an emphasis on healthy weight loss, personal growth, and cultural and social transformation.
