Yoga, Meditation, and Tai Chi
Each morning of the conference, from
7:30am – 8:30am, participants will have the opportunity to spend some time in spiritual practice. Yoga, meditation, and Tai Chi sessions will be available. If you are interested, be sure to pack appropriate clothing and a yoga mat.

Instructors

Kelly Larson, MA, is a certified Yoga teacher who received her Hatha Yoga training in Nasik, India, and continues to study under Sofia Diaz. Kelly received her Master’s degree in Integral Transformation and is currently working on her Ph.D. in Transformative Studies at CIIS. Kelly offers a meditative yet challenging practice, which she calls Deep Hatha. Her focus as a facilitator is to guide people to take Yoga practice into life through the breath. Kevin Snorf teaches Warrior Yoga®, Quantum Jujitsu®, and Acroyoga® at the University of California, Santa Cruz. Warrior Yoga integrates different streams of yoga together into a challenging and powerful movement meditation experience grounded in the martial way. Kevin also teaches yoga to at risk youth locally and athletic teams at UCSC. Kevin has trained with many ISC teachers to bring more “Integral” into Warrior Yoga. David Zeitler, MA is an Assistant Professor in the Integral Studies Department at John F. Kennedy University and Adjunct Faculty for Naropa University. David holds a black-belt in traditional Shaolin Kung-Fu, and is a Tai-Chi instructor. David is currently completing a book on Integral Life Practice for Psychotherapists, and is junior author for the official handbook on Integral Psychotherapy with Elliott Ingersoll, PhD.
